GROUP RESTAURANT BOOKINGS
Booking Policy for groups of 10 people or more

Menu
• Our website contains sample menus, however these change on a regular basis, due to availability of fish.
• For bookings of 10 people or more we would require a pre-order.
• If ordering from the Set lunch menu, Early bird or Sunday lunch menu, your menu will be sent to you one week prior to your booking.
• If ordering from our Lunch or Dinner menu, menus will be sent to you two weeks prior to your booking.
• Special requests can be catered for, please advise at time of booking, changes to menu, will need to be checked with our Chef and may affect the advertised cost of our menus.

As a general rule, however this can be changed at Chef’s discretion:

10-19 people will have four choices per course.
20 -35 people will have three choices per course
36 people or more two choices per course



Deposits
• For groups of 10-19 people we will not require deposits, we will however need a card to guarantee, this will only be charged in the event of a non-arrival or cancellation.
• For groups of 20 or more people a deposit of £15 per person will be required.


Confirmation
• Numbers of people attending must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the date

Cancellation Policy

- Parties of 10-19 people, 48 hours before
- Parties of 20 and more people, 72 hours before
NOTE: If you cancel after the cancelation policy period there will be a charge of £15 per head for parties 10-19 and deposit will be kept for parties 20 and more.


- An optional 10% service charge will be added to the final bill
